The evening begins with passed appetizers into a 4-course dinner with Castello di Ama, one of the preeminent Chianti producers, located in Gaiole near Siena. Castello di Ama has only been making wine at the property since 1972 and has become one of the region’s most intriguing + lauded wineries, with a track record of producing some of the best wines in Tuscany + also for maintaining true to its mission of producing exclusively estate grown wines. Arturo, winemaker + son of CEO Lorenza Sebasti, is visiting Boston to share his family’s beautiful lineup of Chianti Classicos as well as their other varietal wines produced on the property.
